  Adoption of APLAWS (Accessible & Personalized Local Authorities Websites) http://www.aplaws.org.uk has become user led with UK councils who have adopted it taking lead. Is it headed in right directions or lagging behind with some other open source couterparts.

  I’m curious. How many councils active in leading the ongoing implementation and development of APLAWS?

  Does the version in use address recent accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.0? The document linked here: http://www.aplaws.org.uk/project/standards.php is from 2004. Have there been updates?
